"So you want to be an Officer part 2"

On todays show Tom and I are honored to have Neal Rossow of "The Rossow Group" in studio with us.  Neal spent 25 years with a good sized department before retiring at the rank of Captain.  Neal then went on to work another 6 years as Chief of another town.  We will be going over what to expect in the academy and beyond, up to getting hired by an agency.  Todays show is packed full of insight and knowledge about what our up and coming officers go through on their journey to becoming Sworn Police Officers.
