Tom and I begin to breakdown this horrific tragedy that can only be described as Evil Incarnate. The investigation is preliminary and ongoing. We will be looking at this senseless act, keeping in mind that the information is preliminary. Tom and I will be discussing things that need to be fixed and changed in this country to help put an end to these despicable cowardly acts of violence.
